• Account Data: When you create an account, we collect information such as your email address, password (which is hashed), and IP address. If you subscribe to paid features, we, through our third-party payment processors, will collect payment and subscription information.
• User-Uploaded Target Images: To use our face-swapping feature, you will upload images ("User-Uploaded Target Images"). These images will likely contain human faces and, consequently, may constitute biometric data (facial features). You must have all necessary rights and consents to upload these images and the likenesses within them for processing by our Service, as further detailed in our Terms of Service.
• Biometric Data: We collect and process biometric data when you use our face-swapping service. This includes:
  • Facial feature data extracted from the faces present in your User-Uploaded Target Images. This data is used solely to identify the facial region for replacement and to facilitate the face-swapping process.
  • Facial feature data related to the AI-Generated Faces provided by our Service, to enable their application to your Target Image.
• AI‑Generated Faces: These are faces generated by our proprietary AI system and selected by you to apply to your User-Uploaded Target Images.
• Processed Images: The resulting composite image created by applying an AI-Generated Face to your User-Uploaded Target Image.
• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our Service, such as service logs, feature usage, timestamps, device information (e.g., operating system, browser type), IP address, and referring URLs.
• Communications: If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you, such as your name, email address, the contents of your message, and any other information you choose to provide.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal information for the following purposes:

• Service Delivery:
  • To provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service, including processing your AI face‑swapping requests. This involves analyzing the User-Uploaded Target Image to identify the face, processing the biometric data from that face solely for the purpose of the swap, and applying the selected AI-Generated Face to create the Processed Image.
  • To manage your account, process payments, authenticate users, and provide customer support.
• Consent for Processing User-Uploaded Target Images and Biometric Data: By uploading a User-Uploaded Target Image containing a human likeness, you explicitly consent to our processing of that image, including any biometric data derived from faces within it, for the sole purpose of providing the face-swapping service as requested by you and as described in this Policy and our Terms of Service. You warrant that you have obtained any necessary consents from third parties depicted in your User-Uploaded Target Images, as outlined in our Terms of Service.
• Research and Development: We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand how our users use the Service, to improve the Service, and to develop new features and functionalities. We do not use the original faces or biometric data from your User-Uploaded Target Images to train our separate AI face generation models or for any purpose other than providing the direct face-swapping service to you.
• Service Improvement & Security:
  • To monitor service usage, analyze trends, detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or violations of our Terms of Service.
  • To troubleshoot issues, conduct debugging, and optimize the performance and features of SecretStream.
• Communications: To send you account-related notices, service updates, security alerts, promotional offers (where you have provided consent or where permitted by law), and essential legal information. You can opt-out of marketing communications as described below.
• Legal Compliance & Protection: To comply with applicable legal obligations, respond to lawful requests from public authorities, enforce our Terms of Service, protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, and/or that of you or others, and to pursue available remedies or limit damages we may sustain.
